Acacia:
Acacia Honey, is a premier grade honey with very light or
semi-transparent color, deliciously sweet and crystal-clean taste.
Acacia honey has a special flavor and fragrance from its floral
source.
By Chinese medical theory, Acacia honey contains vaporizing oil and
locust glycoside, good for promoting blood circulation, helping in
digestion and peaceful sleep.

A. Margium
(Acacia Margium) is typical rainforest tree in Southern Asia, with floral blossom
almost all the year round. In addition
to nectar, margium tree leaves also produce special sweet fluid (honey drew).
That is why bees are able to collect both the nector and honey drew to produce
honey. Margium honey is a very special honey, with light amber to amber color,
containing high content of fructose and vitamins. Our Organic Margium honey comes from rainforest in Sarawak,
Malaysia with no industry, no farming even no tourists sites nearby. The

Chaste: Chaste
honey is light in color, transparent and does not crystallize
easily. Chaste trees grow mostly in Northern China coastal
areas and Downstream Yellow River Valley. It is a good source for
bottled honey due to its characteristics and pleasantly light
sweet taste. |

Canola (Rape seeds):
Canola (Rape seeds) honey is the largest single floral source for honey
production in China. The honey is also produced in Southeast
Asia and Mid-Asia countries such as India, Malaysia, Thailand, and
Vietnam. Rape seeds honey is a good source for bakery and
industrial honey. Its color may range from White to Light
Amber or Amber. |
Linden:
Sunflower honey is usually darker in color and thick in
taste. The honey is excellent for bakery and industrial use
with its strong flavor and sweetness. |

Multi-floral:
By multi-floral honey, we mean honey collected from wild flowers or
ploy floral sources. It is graded by color, ranging from Extra
Light Amber to Amber. |
Orange:
The orange honey is a specialty honey with strong flavor of
sweetness and orange peel oil fragrance. The color is usually light and taste
deliciously sweet. According to Wikipedia, oranges originated
in southeast Asia, in either India, Vietnam or southern China.
But certainly in California and Florida, there are nowadays
orange honey both in excellent quality and fairly large
quantities. |

Rubber
Coffee and Rubber are two main floral sources for
Vietnamese and Thai honey. The color is usually light amber to
amber. In bulk, it will be packed in 300kg iron drums.

Longan: The long'an is native to southern China, but now
grow in large quantities in Vietnam, Thailand and other
Southeast Asian countries. Longan honey is dark in color, very
sweet in taste with a strong fruit flavor. The longan was
introduced into Florida by USDA in 1903 and has flourished in
a few locations but never became popular. |
Mesquite: Mesquite is a leguminous plant of the Prosopis
genus found in Northern Mexico and the United States from the
U.S.-Mexico border in Texas up to southwestern Kansas and from
southeastern California and southwestern Utah to the southern
limits of the Sonoran desert.
Mesquite is a prime source of mono-floral honey production in
Mexico. The Mesquite honey is light in color, clear and sweet,
hence very good honey for retail package. |
